Shine & Sparkle

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a fun and relaxing 4th of July. I was lucky enough to have a four day weekend but now it’s back to the daily grind. Though the holiday has passed, a part of this outfit reminds me of the 4th of July – my necklace looks a lot like fireworks sparkling in the sky!

A few months ago I blogged about a fabulous high-low dress I ordered from Nordstrom. I ended up absolutely loving the fit and material of the dress so much that I ordered the purple version as well! My favorite part about this dress is that even though there is so much material it’s incredibly cool and airy. It’s one of my go-to dresses for the hot weather and looks amazing paired with wedges. Typically, I don’t wear heels often, partly because after wearing them all day my feet kill me however, these Stuart Weitzman wedges are incredibly comfortable and I highly recommend them. It’s amazing how a quality-made shoe can make all the difference in the world. They’re a steal at about $125 (regular $425).
Of course, I’m still obsessed with just about everything Lulu Frost. The necklace I’m wearing is part of the Let’s Bring Back Collection. Each of the little black stars sparkles and glitters in the light casting different rays of color. They remind me of little fireworks! It’s the perfect necklace for dressing up or down.
