I love that my favorite workout brands have been expanding into lifestyle wear – it combines my favorite fabrics into my everyday professional life – and these days I’m all about quick and easy style. Since I can’t wear yoga pants to work, I do my best to find comfortable work appropriate clothes that can be paired with a few different pieces from my closet for mixing and matching.

I scored this dress on sale at Athleta this spring and knew it would be the perfect LBD for work and play. During the work week, I dress it up with a fun blazer, heels or wedges, and delicate jewelry. On the weekend, I dress it down with sneakers, a denim jacket, and a statement necklace. (P.S. – I ordered this in a size tall, and I’m so glad I did – it’s the perfect length!)
